Prior
to founding Fort Hill Advisors, Scott Bosworth was the President
and Chief Executive Officer of Cassidy New England (CNE) in March
of 2001. Cassidy New England was a satellite office of Cassidy &
Associates which is the largest integrated public affairs and government
relations network based in the Nation’s Capital. CNE represented
clients of all sizes from all sectors of the economy at all levels
of government. Scott and his team at Fort Hill took over the CNE
operations on October 15, 2003.
Prior
to joining Cassidy & Associates, Mr. Bosworth was the founding
partner of Holden Bosworth & Company a Boston based government
and public affairs firm. He started Holden Bosworth in 1997 after
serving for nearly ten years in state and federal government positions.
With clients throughout the country and from many industries, Mr.
Bosworth has extensive experience helping organizations develop,
create and administer solutions to challenging public policy objectives.
Prior to establishing Holden Bosworth, Mr. Bosworth served for five
years as Assistant Secretary of Transportation for the Commonwealth
of Massachusetts.
Before
his appointment as Assistant Secretary by Governor William F. Weld,
Mr. Bosworth served in the U.S. House of Representatives as Legislative
Director for Transportation and Infrastructure Chairman Bud Shuster.
He assisted in the writing of the landmark ISTEA bill and drafted
numerous provisions for the yearly appropriations bills.
Mr.
Bosworth has been an advisor to the last four Governors of the Commonwealth
of Massachusetts and an active political advisor to other candidates
and elected officials.
Mr.
Bosworth graduated from the University of Rhode Island.

KEVIN
F. MULVEY
Vice President
Prior
to joining Fort Hill Advisors, Kevin Mulvey was Legislative Counsel
in the Boston office of the Government Law & Strategies Practice
Group for the law firm of Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels. During
his tenure at Brown Rudnick, Mr. Mulvey represented clients with
interests in healthcare, energy, technology, the food & beverage
industry, and the environment. Mr. Mulvey also brings several additional
years of experience working with the various branches of state government,
where he represented numerous clients with a variety of issues in
front of state and local officials.
Prior
to joining Brown Rudnick, Mr. Mulvey served as General Counsel to
the Retailers Association of Massachusetts, where he lobbied on
behalf of Massachusetts retail employers in front of the General
Court, the Governor and Executive Branch, Constitutional officers
and municipal officials. Mr. Mulvey also served as Treasurer to
the Massachusetts Retail Institute, a non-profit, public charity
created to increase retail employer participation in School toWork
activities, while training high school student employees retail-related
workplace skills.
Mr.
Mulvey has also served as Legislative Director for the Massachusetts
Department of Correction (DOC). During his tenure with the DOC coordinated
and advocated a broad-based correctional agenda to the Legislature,
on behalf of the Governor, Secretary of Public Safety and the Commissioner
of Correction.
Mr.
Mulvey has also served as Research Analyst to the Massachusetts
House of Representatives, where he was responsible for drafting,
editing and analyzing various public safety-related legislation.
Karen
Bosworth serves as Fort Hill Advisors Chief Financial Officer. Karen
brings years of management and financial experience to FHA. Prior
to joining the company she was an Associate for the firm of Fantini
and Gorga, Boston’s premier real estate finance company. She
also has an extensive background in association management having
worked for the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, The Real Finance
Association, Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation
and Boston’s Economic Development Industrial Corporation.
Outside of FHA, Karen spends a great deal of her time volunteering
for such organizations as Derby Academy, The South Shore Arts Center,
The Boy Scouts of America and the Girl Scouts.
